Formatting bar

Within the script window is a formatting bar at the top designed to show you what element you are currently working in and what element can be obtained next using the Tab or Enter keys. For example, if you are in Dialogue typing away, and you press Tab, you would be in a parenthetical section, whereas if you pressed Enter, you would be in Action.

The next part of the formatting bar has the checkbox for printing which every new script defaults with a tick in it. This can be unchecked if you want to disable this script and not print or export it. You can also enable or disable the script for printing by Control-clicking on the screenwriting script icon on a branch. If it is disabled, then it is shown grayed out on the branch.
