You can import OmniOutline files which are from OmniOutline v2 or v3. When importing, the following rules are used:
| • | The first column is the text attached to the branch. |
| • | The second column is the title of the branch. |
| • | Any subsequent columns are added as a new line in the title of the branch. |
| • | No other information is imported to the mind map. |
The branches added are the default branch type (line, circle, rectangle, or FlexiBranch®).
There are three ways an Omni Outline file can be opened in NovaMind, they are:
| • | From within NovaMind, click on File / Open and select any Omni Outline file; |
| • | Click and drag any Omni Outline file onto the NovaMind application icon (or right-mouse click - "Open With NovaMind"); |
| • | Use the import menu from within NovaMind under File /Import. |
